Linden Flats
Level 10 was selected to manage Linden Flats in the highly sought-after neighborhood of Linden Hills, Minneapolis. The project consists of 41 luxury 1- and 2-bedroom apartment homes and is projected to open in September 2020.

Commission House Apartments
Commission House is a mixed-use project located in the historic Lowertown neighborhood of Downtown St. Paul. The project includes 26 luxury micro apartments and two first-floor retail spaces. Commercial tenants include Chuck & Dons and Wellhaven.
