Brad Nelson
Founder & CEO
As the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Level 10 Management, Brad’s primary focus is the oversight of all acquisitions, operations and business functions. As Level 10 continues to grow, Brad plays a key role in carrying out his vision for our organization and guiding our team to execute on and realize his vision. Before founding Level 10, Brad served as the Vice President of Property Management for a local developer and directly supervised the management of 200MM worth of assets. Brad holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Minnesota Real Estate License and is a member of the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association.
Bryan Mills
Chief Operations Officer
Bryan is a highly skilled and accomplished customer experience executive with a proven track record of driving business growth through partnership, innovative solutions, and excellent results. As the Chief Operations Officer, Bryan leads a client-focused operations team dedicated to cultivating long lasting relationships that deliver exceptional results. Bryan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Saint John’s University, an MBA from Opus College of Business and serves on the board of a 3rd generation family-owned property management company.
Steven Anderson
Vice President of Finance
Steven Anderson serves as the Vice President of Finance at Level 10, managing all aspects of financial operations at both the site and corporate levels. He has an extensive background in multi-family and commercial real estate and works with our property managers and leadership team to create and present reliable financial reports to owners. Steven holds a degree in Managerial Accounting.

As a co-owner of Level 10 Management, Rob’s role is to support the team in providing excellent service and results to our clients and continually look for new ways to improve the third-party management and leasing experience for property owners. Before joining Level 10, Rob held property and asset management positions at a full-service commercial real estate company, working predominantly in retail in addition to office, medical office, and industrial. Additionally, Rob is developing an extensive portfolio of multi-family properties. Rob holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Yale University and a Minnesota Real Estate License.
